Tutoring Options for Academic Success
Educational Assistance
Students who are struggling academically are strongly
encouraged to take advantage of tutoring at HHS. All
tutoring options are included on the HHS Tutoring Flyer.
Peer tutoring is beneficial not just for academic assistance,
but also to get guidance, tips, and strategies from upperclassmen
about how to be successful in the program.
Students can attend the Extended Learning Program (ELP)
after school for assistance from teachers. Traditional teachers
are available after school to assist students in various subjects.
Students can participate in the SAT Online Prep class through ELP.
This option will be presented to students as well during class
seminars by Mrs. Dicus.
If students are still experiencing difficulty, then contacting
teachers directly via email for feedback or suggestions is
strongly recommended. Scheduling a conference with teachers
is also recommended.
Sincerely,
Athena Dicus
