Tutoring Options for Academic Success

Educational Assistance

  • Students who are struggling academically are strongly encouraged to take advantage of tutoring at HHS. All tutoring options are included on the HHS Tutoring Flyer.
  • Peer tutoring is beneficial not just for academic assistance, but also to get guidance, tips, and strategies from upperclassmen about how to be successful in the program.
  • Students can attend the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after school for assistance from teachers. Traditional teachers are available after school to assist students in various subjects.
  • Students can participate in the SAT Online Prep class through ELP. This option will be presented to students as well during class seminars by Mrs. Dicus.
  • If students are still experiencing difficulty, then contacting teachers directly via email for feedback or suggestions is strongly recommended. Scheduling a conference with teachers is also recommended.

  • Sincerely,
