2012 TRAVEL TOUR


Hello 2012 Scheduled Travelers,


Please mark your calendars because we will have our first Informational Meeting for all parents and students on Saturday, February 4th, from 3:00pm-5:00pm in the Community Room at the Jimmie B. Keel Library on Bearss Avenue. It is important that all students, parents or a representative go to this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please see Mr. Gast prior to the meeting.


I also wanted to remind all travelers that I need a color copy of their passport. If you gave me one already, then you are fine. You can drop it off in my classroom or bring it to the meeting. If you still have not gotten your passport, you need to do it ASAP.

2013 TRAVEL TOUR


Hello All Scheduled and Potential Travelers,


I just wanted to remind you that December 15th, 2011 is the deadline for the $200 discount. Remember, since there is a waiting list for the second bus to be filled, then you can only register by phone. The EF Customer Service number is 1-877-205-9909 and our tour number is 1101939.


Some have asked if there is any fundraising for the trip. We do not have any official fundraising, but EF Tours has an idea about fundraising using the Internet. Please see the attached flyer for additional information. Mr. Gast nor I have much information about it, but it seems self explanatory.

2013 TRAVEL TOUR


Travel Tour:"Pictures of Europe" June 18th to July 4th, 2013 ***London, Paris, Lucerne, Venice, Innsbruck, Munich, Vienna and Prague***


We currently have one full bus, plus several students on the waiting list. Once we have enough people on the waiting list, a second bus will be created. If we do not have enough students to fill a second bus, when an opening is created on the trip, then the next person on the waiting list will fill it. As the trip approaches, and you are still on the waiting list, then you will be able to get a refund of all your money. Please see the attached flyer for the "Pictures of Europe" 2013 Itinerary and additional information.


Also, there is a current $200 discount off the current price if you enroll by December 15th, 2011. Currently, the only way to enroll is to call Customer Service at 1-877-205-9909. Our tour number is 1101939.
