Come out to support HHS Boys and Girls Basketball Teams This Week!


Both the Hillsborough High School Boys and Girls basketball teams will be playing big games this week in northwest Hillsborough County.

HHS Girls Basketball vs. Chamberlain at Sickles
Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 7PM
***First game of the district tournament

HHS Boys Basketball vs. Steinbrenner at Steinbrenner
Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 7PM
***First ever meeting of the two schools in boys basketball.

Come out and lets show northwest Hillsborough County how far the "Big Red" pride reaches in the community!

Report card going home Feb 10th


Due to FCAT Writes taking place on Tuesday, February 9th, report card distribution has been moved to Wednesday, February 10th.

Upcoming EVENTS:

  • NACAC College Fair: Sunday, February 28 12-3pm at Tampa Convention Center. Students can pre-register for the event at www.gotomyncf.com .
  • Tampa Bay Young Women’s Leadership Symposium: Saturday, March 27 from 8:15 -2:30 Moffitt Cancer Center: a conference for young aspiring female leaders. See details at www.opbi.org/opheliatampa and see Mrs. Gondek if you’d like to be nominated by February 15th.

NACAC College Fair


The NACAC College Fair will be held in Tampa on Sunday, February 28, 2010, from 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm at the Tampa Convention Center. There will be over 150 colleges and universities in attendance, and several information sessions will also be conducted pertaining to postsecondary issues.

This is very important for Juniors and their parents but it is also a good time for Freshmen and Sophomores and their parents to get information about colleges.
